Pu-Erh

Drink 4-6 cups per day, preferably with meals One full teaspoon per cup of boiling water Use freshly boiled water and pour over tea, using strainer or adequate pot Let steep for at least 1-2 minutes Tea can be re-used for a further two steepings, increasing steeping time to a minimum of 2-3 minutes. Pu-Erh can steep for up to 7 minutes
