Flowering Teas

Flowering Tea Roses are best brewed in a glass teapot or pre-warmed wine glass for about ten minutes. The longer brewing time will not spoil the delicate White or Green Tea. To brew, use freshly drawn water and bring to just below boiling, about 70–80 degrees. Pour water into the pot or glass and drop in the Tea Rose. Sit back and enjoy! Multiple steepings are possible with White Teas, so just top up with more hot water and infuse for another ten minutes.
