Hand Tied Green Tea Rose with a pink globe amaranth blossom "blooms" when infused. Prepare using water below boiling (75-85 degrees Celsius). One rose will infuse one 0.5 ltr pot of tea and may be used in a further two infusions. Shown to its best potential in a glass teapot or a heavy wine glass. Infusion is pale apricot with a light, floral flavour. Ten tea roses included in a decorative silver tin. Product of China.
