DARJEELING TEA
1tsp (per cup) 100 degrees C 2-3 min

Known as the champagne of teas and for many is the pinnacle of tea drinking. The Darjeeling district in the foothills of the Himalayas has the most perfect climate for growing tea. The finest teas in the world are harvested here. Clearly defined harvesting periods each produce a unique taste: smooth and flavourful for first-flush (spring harvest), pungent with body for second-flush (summer harvest), and mellow and brisk for the autumnal harvest. Not suitable for milk.
