GREEN TEAS
1tsp (per cup) 70 - 80C 1-3min
Green tea is widely recognised for its health benefits, but is also a refreshing and mild tea.
It is naturally lower in caffeine (when brewed properly) than black teas and is also high in healthy anti-oxidants. Sencha is one of the best-known green tea types. Originally consumed by Buddhist monks to encourage spiritual composure, it is still very much considered a source of inspiration and vitality. Sencha means “boiled tea”, sen = boil, cha = tea. |
