OOLONG/WULONG TEA

Oolong/Wulong is a specialty, which was originally produced in the Tiawanese mountains. After plucking, these teas are allowed to half-oxidise and then wilted in the sun. Frequent turning of the tea in bamboo baskets during the drying process allows the Oolong/Wulong to develop a mild aroma and a large, wildly curled leaf. After brewing, the still green leaf centre and the oxidised edges become clearly visible. Many Oolong/Wulongs can be brewed multiple times. Not suitable for milk.

Formosa Jade Oolong/Wulong
This delicacy is produced in the mountain regions of Nantou in Taiwan. It has been oxidised for a short period and rolled by hand. This is one of the best aromatic teas in the world. Sweet peach undertones leave a velvety feeling in your mouth. Multiple infusions possible.
