PU-ERH TEA

Drink 4-6 cups per day, preferably with meals
One full teaspoon per cup of boiling water
Use freshly boiled water and pour over tea, using strainer or adequate pot
Let steep for at least 1-2 minutes
Tea can be re-used for a further two steepings,
increasing steeping time to a minimum of 2-3 minutes.
Pu-Erh can steep for up to 7 minutes

Pu-Erh China Yunnan
1tsp (per cup) 100C 3 – 12 mins multiple steepings possible ! This famous tea is stored in cool cellars or underground for one to several years. The flavour is unique, earthy and a very light maltyness . This aged tea is known for its medicinal properties, weight loss, helps to lower cholesterol.

 

Pu – Erh Super Mini Tuo Cha
This Pu – Erh speciality is pressed into a mini birds nest shape. This helps the ageing process and preserve the flavour. Teas were often pressed into shapes of this fashion in China to preserve the flavour of the teas as they often undertook long journeys to their destination.

Pu – Erh First Grade King of Pu – Erh
This China Yunnan Pu – Erh has a fine leaf, with a slightly less earthy taste and a sweet aftertaste. The second cup is even sweeter if slightly metallic. Pu – Erh teas can under go multiple steepings
